trackme support

Last updated: June 16, 2026

trackme is built to keep walk and run tracking simple: start a workout, move, finish, and review your history.

Getting Started

Open trackme, choose a walk or run, wait for the status to show READY, and tap Start. The app uses location while a workout is active so it can show your route and summarize the session afterward.

You can pause, resume, finish, and delete workouts from the app. Saved workouts appear in History with simple summaries over time.

Apple Health

trackme can write completed workouts to Apple Health when permission is granted. If you delete a synced workout in trackme, the matching Apple Health workout, distance, and route are removed too. You can manage Health permissions in iPhone Settings or the Health app.

Location

Location access is used for workout tracking and map display. Accuracy can vary based on GPS conditions, nearby buildings, terrain, and how the phone is carried.

For best results, allow Precise Location and wait for the map to find you before starting.
